Hacksaw Gaming Names Filippa Gregory Operating CEO as Cordes Moves to Hacksaw Markets

Hacksaw AB announced that Filippa Gregory has been appointed operating CEO of its subsidiary Hacksaw Gaming. She succeeds Markus Cordes, who will build the team and develop Hacksaw Markets, the B2B predictive markets business. The announcement was made on November 3, 2026.

Gregory has worked in the group since April 2022. She has been a member of the management group since January 2025. In the group's December press release she was already listed in the executive team: from January 1, 2026, Cordes was responsible for operations, while Gregory served as chief compliance officer.

Alongside her, the group's management includes Luka Hammet, who serves as chief commercial officer (CCO) of Hacksaw Gaming in Malta.

The changes were announced together with third-quarter results. Revenue grew 12% and exceeded €58 million, below the company's historical pace. That is about $65 million at the ECB rate for November 3, 2026 (1.1179 dollars per euro). The company links the slowdown to two factors: softer market conditions across the industry and its own game mix.

From December 1, 2026, the gaming business and predictive markets will have separate leaders. Gregory will oversee Hacksaw Gaming, and Cordes will focus on building Hacksaw Markets. Until then they work in parallel: the handover will be completed by December 1, 2026, after which Gregory will continue as operating CEO of Hacksaw Gaming with a main focus on the gaming business.
