User Agreement
Use of the Information Portal https://hustlers.digital/ by the User implies that the User fully accepts and agrees to comply with all the terms of this Agreement. The administration of hustlers.digital reserves the right to make changes to the Agreement, which become effective immediately upon publication. The current version of the Agreement is always available at https://hustlers.digital/privacy-policy . Continued use of the hustlers.digital website after such changes confirms your agreement with them.
Definitions
Site — a set of electronic documents (files) published on the Internet, united by a common theme, uniform design, and the domain space of hustlers.digital.
The homepage of the Site is available at https://hustlers.digital
Site User (User) — a person who has completed the registration process, received a unique login and/or password, and created their profile. In this User Agreement, the term User also refers to any person who accesses the Site and/or uses its features without registration. Anyone visiting the Site automatically confirms full agreement with the terms of this User Agreement and recognizes its applicability to themselves.
Site Administration (Administration) — hustlers.digital, which owns all relevant property rights to the Site, including the domain name, and manages it.
Account — a personal space on the platform (Site) containing information entered by the User during registration. Registration requires the completion of mandatory fields, namely: email, password, and initials. All other fields are optional, and the User independently decides whether to complete them.
Content — any significant informational material on the Site, including texts, reviews, comments, announcements, photos, videos, news, and other materials posted by the User under their Account.
1. Subject of the User Agreement
1.1. This User Agreement (Agreement) is a legally binding contract between hustlers.digital and the User, regulating the use of hustlers.digital services. The User is recognized as an individual who lawfully joined this Agreement.
1.2. The Agreement text is displayed to the User during registration on https://hustlers.digital/ (Site). The Agreement becomes effective once the User expresses consent to its terms by completing the registration and remains in force throughout the period of service use.
2. Limitation of Administration Liability
2.1. The Administration takes all reasonable measures to remove negligent, inaccurate, offensive, false, or knowingly incomplete information from the Site; however, ultimate responsibility for such content lies with the persons who posted it.
2.2. The Administration does not guarantee that registered users are who they claim to be and is not responsible for any harm caused to others.
2.3. The User acknowledges and agrees that they have no right to make claims against the Administration in case of incorrect or missing personal data during registration (not matching passport data).
2.4. Under no circumstances shall the Administration be liable to the User or third parties for any direct or indirect damage, including lost profits, data loss, damage to business reputation, honor, or dignity arising from the use of the Site or materials posted on it.
2.5. The Administration is not responsible for the User's actions on the Site, the content, legality, and accuracy of information received or used by the User on the Site, the accuracy of advertising, or the quality of advertised products, works, or services, or consequences of using the information from the Site.
2.6. If third-party claims arise against the Administration related to the User’s actions on the Site, the User agrees to resolve such claims at their own expense and to protect the Administration from losses and legal proceedings.
2.7. Disclaimer of Financial Advice. Information and materials posted on the service are provided solely for informational purposes and are not financial, investment, or other recommendations. The service administration does not provide individual financial advice and does not guarantee profit. The User makes decisions based on the information received and bears full responsibility for any financial risks or potential losses related to using the service or materials posted on it.
3. Administration Rights
3.1. To change the appearance of the Site, its Content, service list, scripts, software, and other objects on the Site at any time.
3.2. To send Users email notifications related to the use of the Site.
3.3. To moderate, modify, or remove any Content violating the Agreement, and to temporarily or permanently restrict, suspend, or terminate User access to the Site or its sections/services — with or without notice.
4. User Rights
4.1. To post Content that does not violate the terms of this Agreement.
4.2. To contact the Administration to resolve disputes.
4.3. To use all Site Content (editorial and user-generated) for free exclusively for personal non-commercial purposes.
5. User Obligations
5.1. To take all necessary measures to protect their login and password from unauthorized access.
5.2. To regularly review the current version of this Agreement to stay informed of changes.
5.3. To bear full responsibility for all actions performed using their Account and any consequences of such actions.
5.4. To follow the rules of specific Site sections, if indicated.
5.5. To be aware of the risks associated with potential inaccuracy of Site information, and that some materials may be perceived as threatening, offensive, defamatory, false, or obscene. If such Content is detected, the User must immediately notify the Administration.
6. Prohibited on the Site
6.1. Posting any advertising without explicit Administration permission.
6.2. Publishing commercial offers, propaganda materials, spam, or any intrusive information.
6.3. Posting materials that violate the rights of users or third parties regarding intellectual property.
6.4. Offending, harassing, stalking, or otherwise causing inconvenience to any person or User.
6.5. Creating multiple accounts (double registration). The Administration has the right to block all accounts without notice.
6.6. Uploading, posting, or otherwise distributing Content that is illegal, offensive to other Users or third parties, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, contains confidential information, violates third-party rights, is advertising, contains threats, defamatory or discrediting information, is fraudulent, or promotes racial, religious, or national hostility, or other forms of human rights violations protected by law.
7. Rights to Content Posted on the Site
7.1. All intellectual property results used and posted on the Site, as well as the Site itself, are the property of their legal owners and protected by intellectual property law, including UK law and international conventions.
7.2. No Content may be copied, modified, distributed, framed, published, downloaded, transmitted, sold, or otherwise used wholly or partially without prior consent of the rights holder, except as expressly permitted in the Agreement or by UK law.
7.3. Content may be used solely for personal non-commercial purposes while preserving all copyright marks, the author’s name, and integrity of the work.
7.4. Materials owned by hustlers.digital may be freely reproduced in any media, internet servers, or other carriers without restrictions on volume or time. Permission applies to newspapers, magazines, radio, TV, websites, and pages. A direct link to the source https://hustlers.digital/ is mandatory. Prior consent of the Administration or authors is not required.
7.5. When quoting on online resources, an active hyperlink to the original source must be included at the end of the material.
7.6. Reprinting may not alter the original text. Shortening or rearranging parts is allowed if the meaning of the material is not distorted.
8. Final Provisions
8.1. This Agreement is a public offer. Acceptance of the terms is considered actual use of the Site, its services, and posted intellectual property.
8.2. All disputes and disagreements between the User and the Site Administration shall be resolved through negotiations. If agreement cannot be reached, disputes are settled in court at the Administration’s location.
