Digital Hustlers (hustlers.digital) is an independent information media covering affiliate marketing, the performance economy, media buying, and the iGaming industry. We do not provide financial, payment, betting, or other regulated services; we are not a gambling operator, broker, or financial advisor. Content on the Portal, including reviews and ratings of affiliate programs and services in the iGaming vertical, is for informational purposes only and does not constitute an offer, a recommendation, or a solicitation to act.
This Policy explains what information we collect from visitors and registered users of the Portal, why and on what basis we process it, who we may share it with, and what rights you have. It applies to hustlers.digital across all language versions of the site.
This document does not govern the rules for using the Portal, content rights, or liability limitations — those are set out in a separate Terms of Use. Details specifically about cookies are in a separate Cookie Policy, which is part of this Policy.
Summary
- What data we collect. Name, email, and password on signup; name, email, and profile photo if you sign in with Google; the text and ratings of your comments and reviews; technical data (IP address, browser, device, country) on every visit.
- Do we process sensitive personal data (health, political views, etc.)? No.
- Do we receive data from third parties? No, except for the profile data Google shares with your consent when you sign in with Google.
- Why. To give you an account, display your comments and reviews, keep the Portal secure, reply to you if you write to us yourself, and understand how the Portal is used (analytics).
- Who we share it with. Only technical vendors that keep the Portal running and secure (Cloudflare — proxy, security, image storage in R2; Google — analytics) — we do not sell data or pass it to ad networks for targeting.
- Your rights. Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, withdraw consent to analytics, or close your account at any time by writing to us.
1. What information we collect
1.1 Information you provide yourself
- Account registration: name, email, password (stored hashed; we cannot see it in plain text).
- Sign in with Google: name, email, and profile photo, which Google shares with your consent during OAuth sign-in.
- Comments: the text of your comment; shown next to your name and avatar.
- Reviews and ratings (of affiliate programs, services, teams): scores across several criteria, review text, a "recommend / do not recommend" flag; tied to your account.
- Direct messages to us: if you email us or message us on Telegram (both listed in the site footer), we receive what you choose to send us (e.g. your email, name, message content) so we can reply. There are no on-site contact forms. Telegram conversations are governed by Telegram’s own privacy policy, not this document.
All information you give us should be accurate; please update your account details if anything changes.
1.2 Information collected automatically
All traffic to the Portal passes through Cloudflare’s security proxy, which sits in front of our servers and protects against DDoS attacks, bot traffic, and other security threats. As part of this protection, Cloudflare processes each visitor’s IP address and technical request parameters (browser type, device, request headers) — this is necessary for the Portal to run and stay secure, and happens regardless of your cookie choices.
We also automatically record: country (derived from Cloudflare’s CF-IPCountry header, used only to choose the right cookie-consent banner, and not stored separately), operating system, interface language, pages viewed, and time spent interacting with the Portal. This data does not directly identify you by name and is used for security, keeping the Portal running correctly, and aggregated analytics.

1.3 What we do not collect
We do not request or process payment details, government ID numbers, health data, or any other special category of personal data. The Portal does not accept payments or store bank card details.
2. How and why we use information
- to create and maintain your account, and let you sign in and recover access;
- to display your comments and reviews under your name and avatar;
- to protect the Portal from attacks and abuse (DDoS, spam, multi-accounting, fraud) — including through Cloudflare;
- to reply to you if you write to us by email or Telegram, both listed in the site footer;
- to understand how visitors use the Portal and improve it (analytics);
- to comply with legal requirements where necessary.
We do not use your data to show you personalized advertising, and we do not sell it to ad networks.
3. What legal basis we rely on
If you are in the EU, EEA, or UK, this section applies to you under the GDPR / UK GDPR. We process your information on the basis of:
- consent — for analytics (GA4); you may withdraw consent at any time via "Cookie Settings";
- performance of a contract — to provide account features under the Terms of Use;
- legitimate interest — to protect the Portal from attacks and abuse (including processing via Cloudflare) and to respond to messages you send us;
- legal obligation — where disclosure of information is required by law.
For users elsewhere, we follow the same principles and process data only to the extent needed for the purposes listed above.
4. When and with whom we share information
We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties for advertising purposes. Only technical vendors that keep the Portal running and secure may access data, to the extent needed to provide their services to us:

We may also disclose information where necessary to comply with the law, to protect the rights of the Portal or our users, or in connection with a reorganization, sale, or transfer of the business — in which case the successor will be bound by this Policy.
5. Affiliate links, advertising, and third-party sites
The Portal publishes reviews, ratings, and links to third-party affiliate programs, services, and companies, including in the iGaming vertical. Following such links takes you to third-party sites that Digital Hustlers does not control and that have their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for how those sites handle your data, and we recommend reviewing their policies before sharing any information. Featuring a review or a link is not a personal endorsement by us and does not guarantee the reliability of a third-party service.
6. How long we keep data
We keep account, comment, and review data for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize the related personal data, except where longer retention is required by law (for example, to resolve a dispute) or needed for backups, from which data is removed on the next rotation.
7. Your rights
If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, applicable data protection law gives you the right to:
- request access to your personal data and obtain a copy;
- request correction of inaccurate data;
- request deletion of your data;
- restrict processing of your data;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- object to processing based on legitimate interest;
- withdraw previously given consent — without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal;
- lodge a complaint with your country’s data protection authority.
Regardless of region, you can change your cookie-consent settings at any time ("Cookie Settings" in the footer). A self-service account dashboard for editing your profile has not been built yet, so to change your account details, correct a comment or review, or delete your account, please write to us — we will handle the request manually.
8. International data transfers
Because we rely on Cloudflare (hosting, security, image storage in R2) and Google (analytics) infrastructure, your data may be processed on servers outside the country you are in, including countries with a different level of data protection than yours. We rely on the contractual and technical safeguards these vendors provide (including EU standard contractual clauses, where applicable).
9. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data: Cloudflare’s security proxy in front of our servers, HTTPS encryption, hashed password storage, and restricted access to data. However, no method of transmitting or storing data over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
10. Children
The Portal is aimed at a professional audience in the affiliate and iGaming industries and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal data without parental consent, please contact us and we will delete it.
11. Do Not Track
There is currently no uniform industry standard for handling "Do Not Track" browser signals, so we do not respond to them. If such a standard is adopted, we will update this section.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the document. For material changes, we will post a prominent notice on the Portal.
