Hong Kong-based International Entertainment Corporation (IEC) will launch an online platform under the LaVie Resort & Casino Manila brand in mid-to-late November 2026. The company plans to launch a self-managed online platform under the LaVie Resort & Casino Manila brand in mid-to-late November 2026.
IEC announced the timing on October 30 in a stock exchange disclosure. The platform is still in the integration stage and depends on final testing and evaluation.
The operator is running the second phase itself. The group will manage the second phase of the online business on an exclusive basis. IEC owns the platform and gaming software and also provides equipment: it supplies and maintains gaming tables, slots and other equipment, and handles staff, customer support, technical maintenance, financial control and regulatory matters.
The first phase was structured differently. In June 2026, its subsidiary New Coast Leisure signed a cooperation agreement with Total Gamezone Xtreme, which is owned by DigiPlus. In the second phase, the platform and its operation pass to IEC directly, without a partnership model.
Only registered players physically located in the Philippines will be able to play. The platform will be open only to legally authorized registered players in the Philippines. The system blocks non-Philippine IP addresses, with IP protocol blocking applied to all non-Philippine addresses.
Live games announced for the launch include baccarat: Commission Baccarat, Super 6 Baccarat and Tiger Baccarat.
Remote access is limited. Unless PAGCOR approves a different percentage, online access may not exceed 25% of the approved maximum number of gaming tables, slots or electronic tables.
IEC also reported approvals: the company has obtained the core licenses, approvals and accreditations required for the second phase and has posted the required performance bond.
The change of model matters for the market. The first phase was a partnership with DigiPlus, while the second operator runs it independently, taking responsibility for the platform, licenses and compliance. The launch date will be set by final testing: if it passes on schedule, the platform will go live in mid or late November.
