Brazil Court Rejects SPRIBE Requests in AVIATOR Trademark Dispute

The legal battle between SPRIBE and Aviator Studio over the AVIATOR trademark continues to intensify in Brazil. This week, Brazilian courts declined to impose additional emergency measures against Aviator Studio, allowing the company to continue using the AVIATOR brand during ongoing litigation.

SPRIBE sought urgent court intervention aimed at restricting the use of the AVIATOR name until a final ruling is reached. However, judges found no sufficient grounds for temporary restrictions.

The dispute centers on trademark rights connected to the AVIATOR brand within the gambling industry. SPRIBE, best known as the developer behind the Aviator crash game, argues that the brand belongs to the company and that similar branding by other market participants could mislead users.

Aviator Studio disputes those claims and continues defending its right to operate under the AVIATOR name. Related legal proceedings are also ongoing across multiple jurisdictions.

The latest rulings mark another procedural victory for Aviator Studio in Brazil. Earlier court decisions tied to cases involving Foggo Entertainment and Betnacional were also resolved in the company’s favor.

Representatives of Aviator Studio stated that Brazilian courts continue to consistently reject attempts to impose urgent restrictions against the company and its partners.

No final decision regarding ownership of the AVIATOR trademark has yet been issued, and litigation remains ongoing.
