Mozzartbet Group will shut down Mozzart .com and cease operations under its Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) licence on 1 October 2026.
The brand has operated since March 2019. In a notice to partners dated 27 August, the company confirmed that both the website and its affiliate programme would be discontinued.
Mozzartbet said the decision reflects a strategic shift towards markets where the group holds local licences and operates under local regulation.
Affiliate commissions will be calculated on activity through 30 September. Once Mozzart .com closes, affiliate links will be deactivated through the MyAffiliates platform.
Other locally licensed operations will continue
The closure of Mozzart .com will not affect the group’s other operations.
Mozzartbet will continue operating in locally regulated markets including Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kenya, Nigeria, North Macedonia and Croatia.
The company stressed that the decision applies only to Mozzart .com and its MGA licence. Its locally licensed businesses will continue unchanged.
The move therefore marks a shift away from the group’s international .com model towards markets where Mozzartbet operates under direct local regulatory oversight.
