Blask to launch Ask Blask AI assistant for its service database on November 3

Blask, an analytics platform for iGaming, has announced a built-in AI assistant called Ask Blask. The launch is scheduled for November 3.

The assistant works directly with the service's database, so it draws on the same data already collected on the platform. According to the company, it should spare users from manually going through dashboards, setting up filters and digging through large tables. That should cut the time needed to find the metrics they need.

Instead of browsing reports and data slices on their own, users will be able to ask the assistant in a conversational format. Ask Blask is built into the service itself.

The announcement does not say when access will open, what the pricing will be or which languages will be supported. It also does not specify whether the assistant will be included in all subscriptions or sold as a separate option.

Blask was founded in 2023 and works with gambling markets and brand analytics. In May 2024, the company released an AI-based market assessment tool with the Blask Index, which is built on search query data. Ask Blask adds a conversational layer on top of the same data.
