AskGamblers Casino Complaints Service (AGCCS) reported its strongest quarter on record after helping players recover more than $3.4 million between April and June 2026.
The service received 4,811 complaints during the quarter, with 1,068 cases successfully resolved. A total of 3,649 users sought assistance.
Online casino disputes accounted for the majority of the recovered funds. AGCCS helped players recover around $3.25 million across 935 resolved complaints involving 829 casinos.
One of the largest cases involved a $2.54 million dispute with 1xBet. After six months of account verification issues, the player confirmed that all funds were eventually withdrawn following AGCCS mediation.
Complaints involving sportsbooks and affiliate programmes also increased. Players recovered $75,623 from sportsbook disputes and another $24,647 from affiliate-related complaints.
According to AskGamblers, Q2 2026 set records across the service’s main performance indicators, including complaints received and resolved, users assisted and funds recovered.
